Description

Every environment that you are in creates its own hierarchy of power and within relationships it can dictate how you feel and the level of control that you have. There are five bases of power in every psychological power dynamic no matter where you are or situation that you are in. Recognising power dynamics prepares you to be able to decide how much power you have, how much you hand over and how you can overcome the control others have over you.
