John’s Guest is an emotional release practitioner and self healing expert, specialising in the energetics of mind-body healing. Jen Russman, a New York State resident, helps people clear their emotional blocks and release their energetic attachments to allow full healing of their physical bodies and minds. Trauma is stored in the body and blocks the correct flow of spiritual energy and needs to be cleared to fully realise potential mind and body health.
