The world does not move without creativity--especially black creativity. But what happens when those artists are behind closed doors and have to deal with the realities of the world they're in? Who is there for the artists that have been there for so many of us? Enter Vena J. A Licensed social worker and therapist, Vena started the Konfession Korner, a creative space for black artists, creatives and influencers to further explore conversations around their health and wellness. She spoke about how that mission came to be after her own experiences with her friends in the creative space and what she hopes to accomplish with this medium.
