Description

Join us for this episode where we talk to Alec Azzam a Professional TTRPG Game Master and Content Creator.

Professional Game Masters run TTRPGs and D&D for a living and today we talk about what it means to get paid for running a session of D&D. Alec runs 12 to 15 sessions of TTRPGs a week and with that Alec runs more games a week than most of us do in a month. We talk about how he is able to balance all that and what it means for a session to be a paid session. We ask Alec all kinds of questions many people have when they first meet a Pro GM and also dive deeper into how to get started as a Pro GM, what it means to be a professional GM, and how being a professional GM changes your views about playing and running games than a normal kitchen table game master.
