Mel interviews Teresa Reed, CEO of Mangrove Housing and the Forgotten Women, who talks about the services these organisations provide in our community.
Mangrove Housing works with a range of networks and partnerships to provide quality housing and support services.
It is shocking to learn that women over 55 are the fastest growing homeless population in Australia. The Forgotten Women’s project mission is to put a roof over the heads of as many of these vulnerable women as possible.
I will be participating in the Live Like Her Challenge on the 5th September, by spending the night in my car, supporting this amazing project.
Follow their socials to see the impact they have on our community.
