He is also heavily involved in philanthropy as the founder of the Orfalea Family Foundation, which focuses on education, youth development, and critical community needs. Paul is also the author of Copy This - Lessons From a Hyperactive Dsylexic who Turned a Bright Idea into One of America's Best Companies. In addition, Paul is an adjuct Professor at the University of Southern California, as well as a part-time Professor at Loyola Marymount University.
