Andrew’s story is interesting because he always thought he would pursue a career as a jockey but when he realised that he wasn’t good enough to do this he qualified as an accountant instead. But, as life sometimes does this, he ended up as the CEO of the British Racing School and talks passionately about how to get more young people to pursue careers in racing.
