Doran is a fully qualified water sommelier and travels the world seeking out the best and purest waters nature has provided. He has led a fascinating life having left the UK for Israel, aged 9, and arriving back in Manchester aged 17 with no education to his name! He has worked in lots of different industries before hitting the proverbial gold when he bought a pub that had a water source with the highest quality water in the UK!
Doran gives a wonderful insight into his life and offers up some much needed advice to the next generation.
