Today I am speaking to John Brownlee-Baker, John joined the Royal Artillery as a boy soldier aged 15 in 1958 and reached the Rank of  RSM later in his service, before emigrating toCanada where he still lives.

John served in Aden during the 1960s serving with J (Sidi Rezegh) Battery, Later John saw service in Kenya, Germany, and Northern Ireland. Today John tells us why he joined the Army and what his Boy service was like and discusses Aden and other stories.
