Description

They’re everywhere – in the oceans, in the air, in our clothes, furniture, and everyday items. Microplastics have even been found in our organs. One of the biggest sources of these tiny plastic fragments is textiles. But is it possible to avoid microplastics? And what can we as consumers do to reduce both their presence and spread?

This episode features Maria Persson, Senior Lecturer at the Swedish School of Textiles. The host is Daniel Ekwall, Professor of Textile Management.
