On the premiere episode, Dr. Noelle discusses her own battle with anxiety, and how she was able to address it through the power of Breathwork- Pranayama. Ultimately what fueled her drive to make Yoga a focal point of her medical practice. Dr. Noelle discusses in detail how intentional breath can aid to rewire the brain, taking us out of chronic sympathetic drive - Fight or Flight - and exist in a more calm state - parasympathetic drive - where rest and digestion occurs. Dr. Noelle will also guide you through a breathing exercise that can be used as a daily tool to ease and manage anxiety and stress.
