TOPIC: Homelessness Case in Supreme Court regarding Grants Pass, OR
I listened to the first 75 minutes of oral argument before the Supreme Court this morning regarding the homelessness case that was originally out of Grants Pass, OR. I could summarize the issue and give my impressions of the arguments if Jayne is interested, and then talk about implications for Oregon cities. We could also talk about the exploding demand for electricity being driven by data centers, Bitcoin and AI, and the effect that is having on state-based "decarbonization" mandates.
