The Biden administration will unveil its overhaul of the Title IX rule as soon as this month and the new rules are expected to include gender identity under the statute. In other words, the Biden overhaul will permit transgender women (also known as biological men) to compete in women’s sports and will consider it an act of discrimination to prevent this.
According to a recent gallup poll, 62% of Americans felt transgender people should compete on teams with athletes of their “birth gender.”
Despite a majority of Americans opposing transgender participation, the Biden Administration supports it, and plans to force it.
