1 beet, 1 large knob of ginger, 1 lemon (including rind), turmeric + black pepper, 2-3 carrots, 1/2 cup pineapple, water (if using blender), sea salt
Juice all ingredients using a juicer, or blend all ingredients in a blender and strain. Drink immediately or freeze for a couple months.
