This is my latest discovery that I wanted to share with y'all about my continual people pleasing. It's a pretty big one about why we people please, how it's not rooted in what you think, and how to get ahold of it and stop it in it's tracks. And, in an effort to do what's most important in my life, which is my focus on my family and being really really present with them, I'm taking the summer off from recording the podcast. I have loved this experience and all of your wonderful support so much, and I realize that I need to take a break from all the work involved in recording, editing and producing a podcast all by myself. I have so many amazing topics, interviews and fun things planned for the fall, but the important thing for now is to really spend time with my family and son before he goes off to college in a month. I can't wait to come back recharged with even more amazing topics and interviews to entertain you and make you laugh. I am so very honored to have had this time with y'all and can't wait to see what fun we can come up with after the summer is over.
