What starts as a chat about birthdays and forest bathing quickly becomes:
- Mark revisiting his childhood obsession with Radio Kerry’s late-night “Love Zone,”
- Denis trying to understand how a 10-year-old ended up under the duvet listening to “The Way You Look Tonight,”
- a full breakdown of Mark’s week of sickness, snuffles, lozenges, ginger shots and… tummy incidents,
- and the stress of giving tours around Buckingham Palace while praying for survival.
Then Denis shares one of the most awkward moments of his life:
- a restaurant bringing over a candlelit dessert he didn’t order,
- the staff clapping,
- a chocolate plate saying “Happy Anniversary” even though they’ve been dating four weeks,
- Denis eating the entire thing himself,
- and a second restaurant the following week accidentally starting another birthday celebration.
There are mint-choc cocktails, lip-syncing Americans, postman-delivered flowers, and a very fragile man on the brink.
Follow for queer straight bonding, dating disasters, and two gorgeous boyfriends trying their best.
