In this Hypnosis and Meditation blog, I map out why we have anxiety and fear of an unknown future. We have all experienced the fear of the future. 

The list can go on and on, whether it’s a presentation next week at work, a fear of losing your job, or trying to deal with a relationship. 

When there is a fear of the future, the human mind cannot distinguish between real or perceived danger

As a result, our mind kicks into the protective mode, better known as “the fight or flight response.” It’s an unconscious response but real all the same. This is not a sleep program.

When you change your thinking, you can change your whole world. Hypnotist and storyteller Joel Thielke create a vivid world that empowers you to believe in yourself and gives you the self-confidence to embrace and manifest the life you love.
