Todays topic came to me though social media where I heard @yourmategingerkate talk about how she realized she was not the adult she thought she would be when she was little, and what role model was she really for her kids and how she gave herself 365 days to completely turn her life around. How inspiring! It's so true that we already know how to improve our selfs and our lives. But simply knowing never changed anything.
