Anger. Or perhaps anger management. I have been afraid of that voice in my head that is a feisty one saying words I would never speak but still are very true when connected to what I am feeling in the moment. Through this exercise that I share with you in this episode I have started to learn to love that voice and not be afraid of her. I think I have shamed myself so so much in the past (up to like a week ago...) thinking there was something wrong with me and thinking I needed brain surgery or something. But I am starting to realize that she is just a voice I have not been listening to, that I have been ignoring and been suppressing for such a long time. No wonder she's screaming now. She want's to be heard.
