QUICK FIXES AND WHY THEY DON’T WORK

Recently I have become very aware that I sometimes do things with the silent wish for it to be over or that I ”do it now and won’t have to do it later on in life”-mentality. But that is not what I want to create. I want to build my 2.0 version of myself every day. I don’t want to workout for three spring months, enjoy a fit and healthy body for a few summer weeks and then go back to my old self. That is not growth. I want growth.
