Rach is someone who has transformed her own trauma and has channeled it into helping others. Rach explores and work with various healing modalities including, holistic counselling, spiritual coaching, psychic tarot readings and reiki energy healing.
In her spare time you can find Rach at the beach, sitting in psychic/mediumship development circles or spinning around a pole at her local studio.
Rach works from a mind, body, spirit framework and believes that to feel good in your mind you have to align these 3 pillars for true healing.
