Holmes sends Watson ahead to Dartmoor—but behind the fog lies more than moors and myths. Something—or someone—is watching 🕵️♂️🌫️
“You know my methods. Apply them.” — Sherlock Holmes
The Problem
Holmes, convinced that Sir Henry Baskerville is in grave danger, remains in London to pursue a line of inquiry while dispatching Dr. Watson to Baskerville Hall. As Watson arrives on the moor, he begins recording strange occurrences: shadowy figures, eerie sounds, and the oppressive feeling that they’re being watched. Meanwhile, Holmes works quietly behind the scenes to uncover the real source of the threat.
This chapter intensifies the mystery, placing Watson in the heart of the danger and Holmes in the background—until the time is right to strike.
