Former Sportscaster turned college professor Sam Marchiano joins the podcast to discuss a new clause in the Collective Bargaining Agreement that bans all forms of hazing and bullying. Many players have come out against this saying that a long-standing tradition of having rookies dress up, sometimes as women, is a bonding tradition with teams, that outsiders don't understand.
