This week we are discussing body image, diet culture and how challenging it can be to embrace radical self-love. We live in a world that tells us constantly our bodies are something that needs to be ‘fixed’ or are a problem to be ‘solved'. We also have set ourselves crazy and unrealistic standards of what the 'perfect' body should look like. We will be delving into how harmful these narratives are, as well as our one experiences in the episode.
