In this new series, we are diving deep into the messy, uncomfortable, and ultimately transformative journey of homecoming. 

This September marks a deeply personal milestone – my 10-year soberversary. Ten years of choosing myself, my wellbeing, and my Joy. Ten years of remembering that homecoming isn’t a single event, but a practice – a daily decision to return to who we really are, even after forgetting.

In this episode, we cover: 

• What homecoming means and why it feels especially alive right now.
• Reflections on moving into her dream acreage—and how life’s closed doors can actually redirect us toward the dream doors waiting for us.
• The real-life signs of self-abandonment: overcommitting, people-pleasing, numbing, busyness, ignoring intuition, or pushing through instead of resting.
• Why compassion is essential when we notice where we’ve been leaving ourselves.
• A simple guided pause + breath practice to help you land back in your body and honour yourself in the moment.

You’ll also hear stories from my journey of sobriety, entrepreneurship, and self-leadership—reminders that Joy isn’t about perfection, but about coming home, over and over again.
