As expected, the Cubs DFA'd an outfielder in advance of the team's series against the Yankees in New York. Except it wasn't the outfielder most expected them to let go. Oh, and Marcus Stroman and Wade Miley went on the IL. Oh yeah, they also got swept, with the Yankees outscoring them 28-5 in the process. But maybe they got to eat at some great NYC restaurants?
