Chiefs' defensive end Felix Anudike-Uzomah is out for the season with a hamstring injury. In response, Kansas City signed defensive end Owen Carney and linebacker Xander Mueller, while waiving rookie running back Elijah Young. Carney and Mueller will compete for a spot as the Chiefs prepare for their final preseason game.
