The New England Patriots have made roster moves, promoting rookie tight end C.J. Dippre from the practice squad to the active roster, releasing safety John Saunders Junior. They also signed linebacker Otis Reese to their practice squad, and placed linebacker Darius Harris on the injured reserve list. Dippre, an undrafted free agent from Alabama, had a solid college career and brings new talent to the team.
