The Center for Leadership Development (CLD) is transforming the lives of minority youth in Central Indiana, preparing them for higher education and future leadership roles. With an impressive 86% of alumni attending or currently enrolled in college, CLDs programs, such as Project Mister, instill confidence and provide resources for success. Gerald Hardister, a 16-year-old student, shares his personal experience of how CLD has positively impacted his life and aspirations. The organization is now seeking community support to maintain its mission of fostering legacies of excellence and creating future leaders.
