Aurora police have apprehended Diego Jimenez, the remaining suspect in a deadly October shooting. Jimenez, 26, was wanted for second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Ricardo Luciano Cardens. He was found in Brighton with help from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. Jimenez also faces additional charges from Weld and Boulder counties. Sheena Fuentes, previously arrested for accessory, remains under investigation.
