Chapman is alleged to be a member of the Wedding Criminal Enterprise, which is reportedly the largest supplier of cocaine to Canada. He faces charges including conspiracy to distribute cocaine, conspiracy to commit murder, and conspiracy to retaliate against a witness. The reward for Weddings arrest has been increased to ten million dollars.
