The Nebraska Liquor Control Commission has new members: Robert Bud Synhorst and James Elworth, appointed by Governor Jim Pillen. Synhorst, from Lincoln, brings extensive experience, including leadership roles in local businesses and health boards. Elworth, from Nebraska City, is a retired state assistant attorney with prosecution and investigation experience. Both appointments need legislative confirmation before they can officially start their terms, which end in May 2029 and May 2027, respectively.
