Andrew Walter Sandvik faces one count of influencing a federal official by threat, a serious offense. Sandvik made these threats through social media and his personal website between August and October. His online messages grew more violent, eventually including federal agencies and the Secret Service. The most serious threat came on October 18th, where he allegedly wrote, Death is now marching towards the failed and weak Donald Trump and DEATH OF TRUMP. The FBI is investigating, noting Sandviks behavior followed a pattern consistent with targeted violence.
