Nostalgiahhh 18
Welcome to another helping of chat, trivia, tunes and movie-related shenanigans from a guy dubbed by BBC Radio Kent: “Roger Crow - the man in the know”.
(Still not sure why they used the Bergerac theme for three years as an intro to my weekly TV breakdown, but happy days regardless).
Back to the present, and in the concluding part of a chat with ILM veteran Mark Siegel, he talks about some of his most memorable film projects, including Star Trek: The Motion Picture and David Lynch’s Dune, and how his hand wound up on a US postage stamp.
Mark can also be seen in a film by insanely talented siblings Claire and Anthony Bueno. In Nostalgiahhh 18, they discuss their book and documentary Cleanin’ Up the Town, essential assessments of the making of the original Ghostbusters, and a must for fans of the greatest supernatural comedy saga ever made.
Here's the Bueno Productions website, if you want to learn more.
An online Watch Party of Cleanin' Up the Town, a screening of the film with commentary by the filmmakers, including a preview of new project Too Hot to Handle: Remembering Ghostbusters II, takes place on Saturday 29th November 2025 at 7.30pm GMT.
The book, Cleanin' Up the Town, can be found at

And is also available on Amazon (the popular online ‘bookstore’ - you may have heard of it).
Your host also welcomes you to the jungle for a look back on the making of the original Predator. The full version by Roger Crow can be found in Infinity magazine.
