Anxiety can be beneficial in guiding us through challenging emotional situations. However, we often experience a false sense of anxiety that is disproportionate to the situation at hand. This false anxiety activates the sympathetic nervous system, mimicking a stress response.

It's crucial to seek professional help for genuine anxiety. Before starting any breathwork practice, consult a medical expert, especially if you have health conditions, mental illnesses, or a seizure disorder. Expecting mothers should also seek approval.
