Jen Pompilli, a former on-air talent turned passionate entrepreneur, is the founder of Wicked Salty, an entrepreneurship podcast and fashion brand for beach lovers. Having lived on Cape Cod, Massachusetts for nearly half her life, Jen got married, started a family, and found herself yearning for the ocean while living in farm country. She has successfully built two multi-million dollar online fashion boutiques and is now focused on building the business and life of her dreams with Wicked Salty.

Wicked Salty is Jen's way of reconnecting with her beach girl roots. Through her podcast, she engages with interesting and successful beach enthusiasts, sharing their exciting stories and personal experiences, along with valuable lessons for business and life. Wicked Salty is about more than just being a beach girl; it’s about staying true to oneself and finding personal happiness.
