Kuldeep kumar gangwar, 35 year old from Bareilly’s Nawabganj had murd*** a total of 9 women in a span of 14 months. He used to target women above 45 years and would ki** them when they opposed his Pleasure advances. He used to tie a noose from the victims’ own saree around their neck. Reason for killings? His strained relationship with his step mother and ex-wife, which fuelled his hatred towards women.
