In 2020 Dan Cresta put his natural skill of bringing people together, and with his business partner, Gemma Greaves, set up Nurture, an agency that specialises in connecting people, ideas and experiences. Their mission is to create compelling content that's engaging and relatable and it's fitting that his story is too. This is a funny and infectious conversation that meanders through the notion of perfection, to the world of media, and even takes in how Adam's favourite ads were inspired by the Mel Brooks film, Blazing Saddles.
