Dean Parker's decision to give up the stability of his career in IT for a more fulfilling job in the property investment scene was a huge risk. Convincing his friends and family that he knew what he was getting into was difficult considering all the sacrifices they had to watch him make, yet, with determination, resilience and the confidence he would in fact reach the financial success he longingly desired, Parker achieved just that.
