In 2004 Clare O Connor from Co. Meath was one of a handful of women who made history as they earned a degree in engineering, Clare then spent over 15 years on land and sea working as a marine engineer before pivoting changing her career completely to become a coach and mentor. She shared her career journey with Sinéad and highlighted her work with the Meath branch of Network Ireland who are celebrating their women in business awards soon.
