Dr. Harold Koplewicz founded the Child Mind Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to children's mental health disorders that Zibby supports as a board member. They talked about combating stigmas associated with mental illness, managing anxiety, and his critical advice to parents to self-care so they have the strength to take care of their children.
