Alright it's time once again to go through the weekend action of the AFL. The last round before the bye period kicks in saw some teams and players hit holiday mode early. We mention that Hawthorn played Essendon, but not a whole lot else happened in that game, while Port and the Western Bulldogs put on a display of hard fought, hard running and heartbreaking footy. We loved it. Brisbane and Freo had a good opening quarter, while another percentage boosting win for Freo sees their plan of gaining absolutely nothing from this season come to fruition.Herding sheep back home on the family property is already paying dividends for Patty Dangerfield, as he seemed to freely run around the pack as he pleased. Meanwhile West Coast are still without a win against the top 8 as a fired up Adelaide put the Eagles away over in W.A. St Kilda put the breaks back on the Carlton hype train as Dusty Martin helps the Tigers scrape through for a win against Gold Coast.If there were any remaining doubts against GWS then...
