Description

Kristen Eshleman, a self-proclaimed “average” girl, reflects on her struggles with diet, exercise, and the mirror that constantly lies to her. She considers her efforts to protect her daughter from body-image struggles, and then checks in with that daughter, now 20, along with a friend in her early 30s to see which old struggles still persist and what new ones have popped up for young women in a digital generation. The resulting conversation is candid and eye-opening, and a call to support and have compassion for women of all ages.
