Our hosts discuss their own relationships with these various methods to keep their bodies in check, and provide some tips for first timers who might want to take a more mindful approach to living. It's no secret that Age, in his more senior years, is the one who's running the show on a healthy lifestyle, and Mitch is still... working it out.
