Jamie, Alistair, Bart and Charlie welcome onto the show this first guinea pig guest for a chat, Mr Tom Beaumont of Totley AC.
His running has sometimes been likened to a Spider on crack. His bald head and beard game is been that strong that he has even been dubbed the Pep Guardiala of Totley Athetic Club.
His Strava routes have their own unique distinctive style that has been coined as Beaumontesque. One year he ran a marathon every month and you have probably heard of none of them. He loves hills. He loves Sheffield and we loved having him as a first guest.
