What does it mean to be on autopilot and how do you shake yourself out of it to make a change? On our pilot episode, we discuss what autopilot feels like, how we’ve pivoted, and why it’s okay if change is an emotional process. Melissa makes a case for starting a ‘well-being list’ and Renée says that even extroverts need alone time before making a major decision.
