Description

You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and, even though nothing is really different from the day before, you feel low? You’re probably in a dip.

Your first instinct may be to question it, even fight against it. Instead, we should learn to get comfortable with life’s dips; because dips are an important part of growth. We don’t have to stay down or try to snap ourselves out of it. When we understand that it’s all a part of the process, we can just embrace it.
