Today is all about building your motivation muscle to stop scrolling and start soaring!

The key for motivation, as I have learned over the years, is that it is a muscle and it has to be worked and strengthened to make it work for you. We all have these desires - whether it’s to get healthier, write a book, or to start or maintain a yoga practice - and the key to soaring at these is getting motivated. Today I’m offering tips to find your own motivation, and ways to stay motivated.
