Necessary Roughness: Navigating Breakdowns

Description

When we declare a new path, a new intention and we are not immediately aligned with it. The Universe will create a breakdown, a period of deconstruction in our current reality so as to make room and usher in a new way of being. Sometimes these breakdowns crush people, defeat them and they give up. The spiritual path is wrought with breakdowns and breakthroughs which are on the other side of the breakdown. Daniel D'Neuville's message in this episode is to understand that breakdowns are part of the journey and that there is "a getting through the going through" which is part of the process. A breakdown never leaves you where it found you.

You are always stronger, wiser, and better equipped to handle what lies ahead and step into your new reality. This getting through the going through, is the necessary roughness. Expect it, accept it, deal with it, and overcome it.
