Welcome to Episode 30! We are very lucky to have Trudy Gillard as our guest this month. Trudy is a judge for the British Sugarcraft Guild, and gives us a peek of what that involves and some tips for us competitors too. As described in the show, we had some problems getting our recording software to work properly, so Trudy couldn’t hear Sam while we were recording.
